Ashley Gilmer has been passionate about yoga for over 12 years. But a few year ago, is when she decided to integrate yoga into her everyday life as a part of drama, anxiety, and stress related therapy.
Due to the incredible mental and physical health results her yoga practice has brought into her life, she pursed her dream of bringing the healing power of yoga to others as an instructor. Ashley is a certified 200 hour-RYT. It is her passion to bring a greater awareness of the benefits that yoga can have on increasing confidence and overcoming trauma to people in all walks of life.
