Infrared Hot Yoga
Infrared or radiant heating is simply the transfer of heat from a warm object to a cooler object. Infrared hot yoga is simply a yoga session heated with an infrared radiant heating system. Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat, and increases fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles.
Gentle Lunch Flow
All level yoga with gentle movements and supported poses. This is a great class for your lunch hour. Leaving, ready to finish your day with a new found strength of the body and clarity in the mind.
A Yin yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.
The smooth poses run together while linking conscious breath and provides a fitness approach to yoga. This dynamic flow builds strength and flexibility while challenging your balance.
