Strengthen and create flexibility in this fast-paced flow class. Breath is linked to a movement as you flow through each posture. Be prepared to sweat. This is a heated yoga class average 80-85 deg. This class is recommended for the familiar yogi.
Pilates Bootcamp workout will give you a powerful body resistant to the everyday stresses of work and life. This is a full body conditioning class, which will lengthen and strengthen your muscles - with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio and correcting your posture.
Gentle Lunch Flow
All level yoga with gentle movements and supported poses. This is a great class for your lunch hour. Leaving, ready to finish your day with a new found strength of the body and clarity in the mind.
