Jennifer discovered Pilates after her second child came along. She learned the benefits of Pilates while gaining strength, flexibility, and endurance. As well as wanting to increase her knowledge by learning new ways to challenge herself and the members. Jenn is passionate is about supporting the community incorporate pilates in their daily routines. All levels and backgrounds can attend this class. She completed the Basic Mat education through a Balanced Body program. Jennifer’s goal is to continue her education and help others see how Pilates can help them feel and look better through mindful movement in a fun and positive way.
